Bowser Junior Is Bowser's Only Son

So a fact people don't realize is that Bowser Junior is intended to be Bowser's only son. This would also include any adopted sons because you are still someone's son if you are adopted. Nintendo makes it clear Junior is Bowser's only some, and never says blood related son.

We see it in Minion Quest. "King Bowser's only son." We see it in Bowser Junior's Journey "Lord Bowser's only son." And it is established in Bowser Jr.'s description on the Official Nintendo Website. "The only son of Bowser, the King of the Koopas."

This makes sense because the Koopalings are not Bowser's children or even related.

Mario Music of the Day: Battle (Bowser's Minions) from Mario & Luigi: Bowser's Inside Story + Bowser Jr.'s Journey

So we all know... how in the 3ds remake of Superstar Saga, the defeat animation of Cackletta's soul uses the exact same palette and look as Antasma back in Dream Team. This can imply that they might have had ties somehow, but that theory is a bit flawed since Dreamy Bowser in the same frame sports the same one... But this also means that through some way, he must've stolen some (or most) of his power after his (Antasma) defeat. But that's not important now. This one is.

Bowser's Inside Story + Bowser Jr.'s Journey. The Best Fitness Fiend. That thing, you hear me? It has the normal defeat star-spillout animation... but the post-battle cutscene uses the effects near-verbatim (visual-tim? Whatever) to the eradication of Cackletta's Soul in the post-battle cutscene. And its roars are exactly the same as she made, too.

So what am I getting at, exactly? I mean, the three can't be related... right? They're confirmed to be the same species as Midbus (whatever that is...), but "their relationship has soured". And she's confirmed to be a Beanish...

BUT, I've found the answer to this. Because yeah, they aren't taxinomally (not the right word, but can't find any other word for it) related, but due to the cobbled appearance of the trio (especially with the fiend thing), I've come up with the truth.

They're homunculi. Made from other types of living beings, and pressed into full beings! Midbus' half-and-half look is from this thing, and the exceptionally cartoonish-ly contrasting looks of the BFFs are a result from this too! Their creation must've used something from Cackletta to finalize the process!

Would a Koopa!Dalex with Maletone Formula: X be as scary as a shroobified Koopa!Dalex? o.o

A Koopa!Dalex infected with Malatone Formula:X would actually be even scarier than a Shrooblex.

For starters, Dal's status as part-Poison Koopa grants him a natural resistance to toxic substances. Things like poisoned water, poison mushrooms, and venomous enemies don't bother him, and in regards to the mushrooms, he regularly enjoys them as snacks. The only thing he'd really have to worry about is the venom of another Poison Koopa; he's vulnerable to it while a pureblood like his father or grandmother would be completely immune.

I'd imagine that this resistance would keep Dal safe from the Malatone Formula:X... at first.

Let's say he was captured once the BFFs noticed that a single dose wasn't working on him. They soon realize that the reason why is because he's not just some Boom Boom; he's a Poison Koopa. 'Thankfully,' him being a hybrid makes brainwashing him more of a small challenge than a lost cause: they probably just need to give him bigger doses!

So they do! As many as they feel the need to! Malodorous Fibbian breath is 100 times stronger than a measly mushroom, he can't resist it forever!

But as they slowly succeed in their little experiment, as Dalex starts showing the highly aggressive behavior they've been expecting, the BFFs forget about the base chemical in Malatone Formula:X... Skeletone Formula:D.

And what, pray tell, happened when someone else took too much Skeletone...?

Yeaaaaahhh.....

At first, the BFFs see no reason to worry. So the guy dried out, big deal! They've finally got him under control, the Malatone Formula:X is working well!

...It's working too well.

It doesn't take long for the BFFs (as well as Junior's team) to notice that the dried Poison Koopa isn't just attacking the opposing side. He's attacking everyone, almost like he can't tell the difference between friend or foe anymore.

Being subjected to such high concentrations of Malatone kicked Dal's sense of aggression into overdrive. He's less of a brainwashed minion and more of a wild animal, attacking anything and anyone on sight.

Shrooblex could still control himself and understood the concept of loyalty, even if it was towards Princess Shroob instead of Bowser.

But the Malatoned Dry Dalex? No loyalty. No restraint. Nothing.

Don't worry, the old Dalex is still in there somewhere. The question is, are his old allies strong enough to bring him back out...?

Ever since these remakes came out I've always heard "oh the stories are good but the gameplay is bad" these are genuinely really fun RTS games with a fair amount of depth

I'm playing through Bowsers minions right now and it's a blast! You play as a lowly Goomba and you have to fight to stop your fellow minions, including the koopalings from being brainwashed by fawful.

You have to pick out a formation of 8, and it runs on a weakness triangle. These 3 types, melee (like Goombas and Bob ombs) Flying (like Paragoombas and Lakitus) and ranged (like Hammer Bros and Shy guys, who throw Turnips)

The game is really fun! I feel like a general plotting out my troop's next attacks
